The toilets are separate from the shower room. Your living room, very comfortable, is air-conditioned. You will find a lounge area with 80cm HDTV, and video on demand. The open kitchen has a wide range of equipment, including a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker and a vacuum cleaner. Outside, you will also enjoy exceptional comfort facilities: a terrace of 16 m² and its pergola with sea view of 20m ² with its 4 sunbathing and its pergola offering more than 9m ² of shade on the floor. On the ground floor, the terrace will be covered and waterproof, and will offer you charm and intimacy. Your exteriors are embellished with a set of design and ergonomic garden furniture: a family table and its chairs for your meals in the open air.
