In the divine setting of La Tablée, come and discover a cuisine inspired by the sea that whets the appetite from the moment you enter the restaurant. We serve à la carte specialties and fish suggestions according to the day’s arrival. You can choose between the all-you-can-eat seafood buffet or the selections of fresh fish dishes cooked a la plancha. Tuna, gambas, parillada of shellfish a la plancha, shellfish, salmon tartar, marine tapas, cicada of the sea, lobster, sole… you will be spoilt for choice! You can finish with ice cream, a tarte tatin or homemade chocolate profiteroles. While savoring these delicious specialties, you will also enjoy a magnificent view of the Thau Lagoon, visible from the restaurant’s terrace. For groups, the Marine Farm also offers custom-made restaurant packages as well as visits, tastings and à la carte activities. Reservations are recommended. Opt for an oyster tasting from the oyster farm of the Thau basin. Oyster farming and oyster growers are commonplace in the Thau lagoon, which produces tons of oysters every year. You will also be able to taste seaweed, clams, shellfish and other shellfish coming straight from the sea or from ponds on the edge of the pond guaranteeing an ideal freshness.
